Pre-registrations should be received before 13 September 2010. After this date, registrations are accepted on-site in Ostend only.

If at all possible, registration should be done online by clicking here. Participants who do not wish to register electronically can download the hard-copy registration form (word / pdf).

*A signed letter from the Head of Department will be required to confirm the training status. Only full time students will be considered. If this letter is not received together with the registration form, the regular registration rate will be applied.

• Tutorial registration includes: participation in the tutorials on 19 September / receipt of tutorial handouts / afternoon coffee break / 21% VAT.

• Conference registration includes: participation in all sessions on 20 + 21 September / participation in the Photovoltaics session on 22 September / receipt of conference materials (including proceedings - sent after the conference) / access to the exhibition / coffee breaks and lunches on 20-21-22 September / reception on 20 September / conference dinner on 21 September (! if indicated when registering !) / 21% VAT. 

• Day registration includes: participation in the Photovoltaics session on 22 September / receipt of conference materials (including proceedings - sent after the conference) / access to the exhibition / coffee breaks and lunch on 22 September / 21% VAT. The conference dinner of 21 September is not included in day registration, tickets are available for purchase at 50 € per person.

• Conference dinner reservations are limited and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference dinner is included in conference registration (! if indicated when registering !) ; it is NOT included in tutorial or day registration, so these participants need to buy a ticket if they wish to attend.

Payment

Only payments in Euro (EUR) are accepted. It is possible to pay :

1/ by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa - please note that other credit cards will not be accepted)

2/ by direct bank transfer into the Momentum / UCPSS 2010 account with KBC Bank, Heverlee Park, account n° 422-0028281-19, IBAN BE39 4220 0282 8119, BIC/SWIFT code KREDBEBB. For ease of processing, please indicate clearly the name of the participant and the conference UCPSS 2010 in all your remittances.

Registrations on-site can be paid by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR.

 

Confirmation of registration

A confirmation of registration will be sent to each participant.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received before 19 July 2010. After this date no refunds will be made. Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 EUR per participant.
