Participants who do not wish to register electronically can download the registration form (Word / PDF) and return it by fax to +32 (0)16 40 35 51 to Momentum, the UCPSS 2008 Organising Secretariat.

*A signed letter from the Head of Department will be required to confirm the training status. Only full time students will be considered. If this letter is not received together with the registration form, the regular conference registration rate will be applied.
Registration fees are subject to 21% VAT. The above fees are VAT included. The rates between brackets are VAT excluded.
The conference registration fee includes:
- participation in all scientific conference sessions (September 22 - 24)
- conference final programme
- conference proceedings (published by Trans Tech Publications and mailed after the conference - online access to previous editions will also be provided through a personal login and password)
- buffet lunch on September 22 & 23, seated lunch on September 24
- morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- social event on September 23
(if indicated when registering)
Additional tickets for the social event can be purchased at 50,00 EUR (incl. 21% VAT).
The tutorial registration fee includes:
- participation in the tutorial (September 21)
- tutorial handouts
- afternoon coffee break
Payment
Full payment in Euro (EUR) should be sent with your registration. It is possible to pay:
- by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa – other credit cards will not be accepted)
- by direct bank transfer into the Momentum/UCPSS 2008 account with KBC Bank, Heverlee Park: Account number 422-0028281-19 / IBAN BE59 4220 0282 8826 / BIC(SWIFT) Code KREDBEBB.
For ease of processing, please indicate clearly the name of the participant and mention ‘Registration for UCPSS 2008’ on the transfer document. Payment should be received on the conference account within 2 weeks after registration.
Registrations on-site can be paid by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR.
Confirmation of registration
A confirmation of registration will be sent to each participant.
Cancellations and replacements
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received before 8 August 2008. After this date no refunds will be made.
Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 EUR per participant.
