Sunday, September 21: car-free day!
Please note that Sunday, September 21 is a car-free day in most Belgian cities, also in Bruges. This means that car traffic will not be allowed in the city centre from 10:00 until 18:00. If you plan your arrival on Sunday, we strongly suggest you to make use of public transport. Taxis and public buses will be allowed to enter the city centre on this day.
Registration
Kindly collect your conference documents at the registration desk, located in the lobby on the ground floor of Oud Sint-Jan, the conference venue. Conference material will not be sent beforehand.

Sunday, September 21: 10:00 – 19:00
Monday, September 22: 07:30 – 19:00
Tuesday, September 23: 07:30 – 18:00
Wednesday, September 24: 07:30 – 18:00
Poster viewing
Posters that are included in Poster Sessions 1 and 2 will be on display on Monday, September 22, in Room De Witte Roos. They will be presented on Monday from 12:20 to 14:15 and from 17:45 to 19:30.
Posters that are included in the Poster Sessions 3, 4 and 5 will be on display on Tuesday, September 23, and Wednesday, September 24, in Room De Witte Roos. They will be presented on Tuesday from 12:35 to 14:15 and on Wednesday from 12:15-14:00.
Social programme
The social programme will take place on Tuesday, September 23, at 17:45 and includes a guided visit to Groeningemuseum followed by the Conference Dinner in Oud Sint Jan.
Please note that pre-registration to this event was required – if you have not confirmed your attendance, but still wish to participate, please contact ucpss@momentum-pco.be before September 15.
Catering
Coffee breaks will be organised in the exhibition hall De Witte Roos. For exact times, kindly consult the conference programme.
Lunch will be organised in the exhibition hall De Witte Roos on Monday from 12:20 - 14:15 and on Tuesday from 12:35 – 14:15. On Wednesday, a seated lunch will be organised in rooms Bach / Beethoven / Mozart / Strauss from 12:15 – 14:00.
An exhibitor reception will be held in the exhibition hall De Witte Roos on Monday, September 22, from 17:45 – 19:30.

The exhibition is organised in Room De Witte Roos and will be open on the following days/times:
Sunday, September 21: 14:30-19:00
Monday, September 22: 09:00-19:30
Tuesday, September 23: 09:00-17:30
Wednesday, September 24: 09:00-16:00
Insurance
The organisers do not accept liability for medical, travel or personal insurance and you are strongly advised to take out your own personal insurance.
