Call for late news manuscripts

It is possible to submit a full manuscript to be considered for a late news contributing poster presentation and for publication in the conference proceedings (subject to a review process).
It is required to write immediately the full manuscript in the proceedings format.

Authors are required to prepare the full manuscript of typically 6 pages, using the format of the manuscript template and according to the manuscript guidelines. You can find the manuscript template here.

Please click here to start the submission of your full manuscript. Click on ‘Create account and submit contribution’ to start.

The manuscripts will be evaluated by the program committee. All authors will receive notification on Monday June 4th.

The authors of accepted papers will receive instructions to upload the manuscript to the proceedings editors website. The manuscripts will be reviewed.

Only those manuscripts of sufficient quality uploaded in time (see below), will be scheduled for poster presentation. Those who fail will be removed from the program.

The authors should ensure that their work is entirely original, and if work and/or words of others have been used, this has been appropriately acknowledged. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and will be rejected. In order to obtain high quality proceedings, the IEEE global standards are applied:
